February 21, 2012: Missouri Valley ACE (Alternative Center for Education) Open House. 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., 109 E. Michigan St. (District Office), Room 119. For more information, please contact the ACE Coordinator, Lisa Hackman, at 642-9360.
March 17, 2012: Legislative Coffee. Representative Matt Windschitl and Senator Jim Seymour will be available to answer questions and hear your concerns for our state at a morning coffee on Saturday, March 17th. It will be held at the Rand Center from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The Chamber is sponsoring this event to give our citizens the opportunity to meet your state representatives face to face.
March 24, 2012: Annual Chamber Chili Cook-off. 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Eagles Club. Please contact the Chamber office if you wish to enter a chili or soup in the cook-off. Only 17 spots available - first come/first serve!
April 21, 2012: Kiwanis and YEA quarter auction. 5:30 at Eagles Club. Dinner served at 6:00 p.m. $15 per person. Silent auction, live auction, quarter auction. For more information, contact Kay Hinkel at 402-681-7107 or any YEA member or Karen Holst at 402-990-2374 or any Kiwanis member.
